Pilates Classes in Chichester and Portsmouth

January 2013 Pilates classes have started in Chichester and Portsmouth.

These are for mixed ability groups and everyone is welcome.

Chichester, West Sussex

Times: Tuesday evenings 7.30 to 8.30pm – Pay as you go: £5 per person per class.

Portsmouth, Hampshire

Friendship House, Elm Grove, Southsea, PO5 1JT – View Map

Times: Monday mornings 9.30 to 10.30am – 6 week course: £35 inclusive per person.

Portsmouth Course Dates:

• February 18th to March 25th, 2013
• April 8th to May 13th, 2013
• May 20th to June 24th, 2013
