Next Free Nordic Walking Taster Session Saturday 1st November 2014 9-10am Graylingwell Park Chichester West Sussex

Following the taster sessions I will be running the learn to Nordic Walk classes where you will learn the 4 gear walking technique. The classes will be the following 2 weeks after the taster session.

The winter regular work out walking schedule begins on the 18th October 2014 and this is Kingley Vale 11.00 am meet at West Stoke car park.

There will also be mid week work out walks from the Westgate Leisure Centre, Chichester, West Sussex starting Wednesday 29th October 2014 7.00pm.
