The Exercise Programme
Following assessment a report and Core exercise programme will be put together and taught to the individual.
Within the programme are two exercise categories firstly a general core programme and secondly a specific tailored one to address the imbalance between those strength and weaknesses identified.
The individual will be able in a short time to understand the concept of neutral spine, which will aid alignment posture and gait.
Emphasis will be put on Diaphramatic breathing to address shallow breathing with helpful exercises to combine efficient breathing with coordinated and controlled movement patterns with reviews conducted on a weekly or Bi monthly basis.
The exercises will be designed to be done anywhere and to compliment the individual’s lifestyle/sport.
