The Process
We will create a complete strength, balance and mobility profile split into upper, central and lower zone core areas and assess these.
Once the strengths / weaknesses are identified, a tailor made core strength programme will be provided.
This will be designed to provide the correct exercises to create the right balance and alignment in the muscles to help with strength, posture and mobility.
All this generally should connect well into the chosen sports and help to improve performance, assist with recovery, and injury avoidance.
This can be done on a 1:1 or group basis and either here at the Westgate Leisure Centre, or at your school of club and come under our Core Strength programme packages.
